1.What we deliver
AICNI Restro is software you use in a web browser (restaurant management, with optional AI phone and WhatsApp agents). We do not sell or ship any physical goods: no hardware, devices or printed material. Everything is delivered online, to the account you create at aicnirestro.com.
2.When it is delivered

| A paid plan or add-on | Within a few minutes of a successful payment, once our payment partner (Cashfree) confirms it. Your Billing & Plan page shows the new plan and the invoice. |
| Invoice | On the Billing & Plan page as soon as the payment is confirmed, ready to print or save as PDF. |
| Phone agent and WhatsApp agent | Ready to set up as soon as your plan includes them. Connecting your own phone number or WhatsApp Business number depends on those providers' own checks, which can take a few working days. |
3.Where it is available
The service is offered to restaurants in India. You can use it from any device with a modern browser and an internet connection; there are no shipping charges or delivery areas.
4.If something isn't delivered
If you paid and your plan isn't active within 24 hours, or you can't sign in, write to info@aicni.in or call +91 73069 98230 or +91 85901 79175. We reply within one working day and either activate the plan or refund the payment in full, as set out in the Refund Policy.
