This summary helps you read the policy; the full text below is what applies.
1.Grievance Officer
We have appointed a Grievance Officer, as the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 require, to handle complaints about AICNI Restro, including how we use personal data.
Fathahur Rahman Thangal
President & National Director; Grievance Officer and Data Protection contact
ALL4YOU INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala, India
Email: info@aicni.in
2.How to raise a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer with:
- your name and how to reach you;
- your restaurant's name, if you are a customer, or the restaurant you visited, if you are a guest;
- what happened, with dates, and screenshots or invoice numbers if you have them;
- what you would like us to do.
Complaints about a restaurant's food or service should go to that restaurant. If it concerns how the restaurant used your personal data through AICNI Restro, we will pass it to them and help them answer.
3.How fast we answer
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, with a reference number.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days, and within 30 days at the most, and we tell you what we did.
- If we need more information from you, the clock pauses until we have it, and we tell you so.
4.If you are not satisfied
Reply to our answer and ask for it to be reviewed by a director of ALL4YOU INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. For complaints about personal data, you can then approach the Data Protection Board of India, after using our process first, as the DPDP Act provides.
